Penguin68
I said that GPs were the broad equivalent of hospital registrars, as you did. And that Physician Associates should be supervised by GPs. I did say that they were properly trained, but not to the level... etc. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/346924-medical-surgery-good-ones/page/2/#findComment-1671654 Share on other sites
Moovart
Oh yes I see what you mean. I misunderstood, incorrectly thinking you were saying Physician Associates were similar to hospital registrars which, we agree, they are not as PAs are not doctors. 👍 Edited July 4, 2024 by Moovart Typo Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/346924-medical-surgery-good-ones/page/2/#findComment-1671671 Share on other sites
Happyme5
Avoid Tessa Jowlett at all costs. The GPs are great if you see one. Which I have once. But they seem to be overwhelmed with too many patients registered and no staff to deal with the need. The website ask my GP doesn't work most the of the time. The phones are not being answered and pressing 1 never gets you a call back. Which is a shame as some staff do try their very best to help you but the system is just so overloaded and it seems like a recipe to force everyone to go private. Such a shame as the building is very well designed. Just not functional. Always call 111. Is my advice now.
