Usui/Holy Fire Reiki 1 course at Bellenden Therapies, 10 until 6.30, £160. Small group class with experienced teacher, Diana Cox. Participants will learn how to give themselves Reiki healing which can help with life's challenges, releasing stress and promoting relaxation. Students will also learn how to give a simple Reiki healing to loved ones including babies and pets. No prior knowledge or special gifts required, this is a tool for life and for all.
