I'm looking for a lovely person for my second bedroom - it's a great room with built in wardrobe, very quiet and peaceful.

The house is a very pretty cottage with a small patio garden close to Peckham Rye, so very green and an easy walk to Lordship Lane and Peckham.

I'd be keen to do as a short term arrangement to start with, but if we both like it, it could extend!

I live here with my small dog, so essential you like animals!
