Meet the Maxi-Cosi Pearl Smart i-Size.

The Maxi-Cosi Pearl Smart i-Size is used in combination with the FamilyFix One i-Size base. The Pearl Smart i-Size offers state-of-the-art safety performance by complying with the latest i-Size (ECE R129) car seat legislation, enabling up to 105 cm (approx. 4 years) of rearward-facing travel. The Pearl Smart i-Size provides great ease of use by providing a very easy switch from rearward to forward-facing, and full recline options in both positions. The FamilyFix One i-Size will provide visual and audible confirjjmation when the connection is secured.

  I am sorry to continue this, but I found your previous comment about me very personal, disturbing and upsetting, which was why I responded at length. I'm sorry it bored you. I try to stick to facts. I have investigated. You (and anyone else) can go into the "search" settings on here and do a search on an author's name. So you can (I presume) find all my posts, including any which were replying to you. I can't imagine that they are in greater numbers than my replies to anyone else, but you can see for yourself. I guess you can probably also find examples of what you call my "usual sarcasm". I wasn't aware that l had a tendency to sarcasm, though I do find a lot of things funny. There is no need to reply to this unless you actually find evidence in support of what you said. Sorry everybody else. I had to get it off my chest as I was lying awake last night worrying about it 😭

  The Section 20 is just notification of intention to carry out works. You have the right to object, propose an alternative or find different contractors. If you are joint freeholders why is your co freeholder acting unilaterally? What is your usual mechanism for making decisions?
