bike maintenance for 14 yo

Does anybody know of a basic bike maintenance course (punctures, brake and gear cables) which will take a 14 year old, either accompanied or unaccompanied by an adult?

Check out Southwark Cyclists and preferably join the London Cycling Campaign.  Speak with other parents and the school about grouping together.
