Hello

Do you want to improve your exam technique or work on consolidating your understanding and recall of course content?

I am an encouraging and effective teacher of psychology. I can take on a few tutees over the summer term/summer holiday and will have more spaces in the autumn term.

I have taught psychology at a successful south London secondary school for over 10 years and have recently become an AQA examiner. I am stepping out of the classroom in the autumn for a little while to enable me to balance my doctoral studies (psychology  - individual differences in cognition in school environments). and childcare responsibilities. I will therefore be devoting the teaching hours of my week to helping clients secure or surpass their target grades. I will continue to mark for AQA, and bring this experience to my tutoring sessions.

I have a strong understanding of research methods (MRes, Distinction) and particularly enjoy helping students develop confidence in inferential statistics.

Happy to to offer a 15 minute chat free of charge to discuss your tutoring needs and help you decide if you would like to work with me 🙂

£45 per hour or:

- 5 hour package £200 (5, 1 hour sessions) paid for in advance

- 10 hour package £400  (10 1 hr sessions or 5, 2 hr sessions)

Best wishes

Louise

    • No they were created by a Hong Kong artist and became a craze when a K-Pop girl band became associated with them. They do limited editions and they've become a collectors item (Like Jelicat for adults)- I'm a bit ashamed that at 65 years old I know so much about them but they are very much a fashionable item. And I'm always interested in Popular Culture. Whover lost it must be gutted because I understand that when you buy one (they're boxed) you never know which one or what colour you'll get...so if the owner loved that one it may be very difficult to replace.
    • Are they a hybrid of teletubby and some other species?
    • Thats a Labubu. I suspect it was lost by a trend-following adult who had it hanging from their handbag. They're a real fashion trend at the moment and people collect them. I hate them they give me the creeps!
