Can you recommend a nice village to stay in Ibiza?

We are planning to go to Ibiza for a few days in September; we would like somewhere relaxing, near a nice beach and with good views/landscape. We are not into partying/clubbing. Can anyone recommend a nice village?

Head east into the hills. We stayed here - http://cantalaias.com/en/location/- Terry Thomas's old gaff, now run by his son. Very quiet, lots of great beaches and small villages hereabouts. Need a car though.
