Lost? Black cat seen at corner of Dovercourt and Court Lane

Saw this black cat at corner Dovercourt rd and Court Lane yesterday afternoon - it seemed quite skinny and dishevelled and so may be lost so thought we’d post just in case

Looks like an oldie? If you don't get any responses from here, worth knocking on nearby doors to check lives locally? Also, I've got a microchip scanner if you wanted to check for an identity  chip?
