Free Hypnotherapy Sessions Forest Hill/East Dulwich

Hello, I'm currently studying Hypnotherapy at the Clifton Practice in Bristol - one of the UK's leading hypnotherapy training centres. I am due to graduate later this year and am already a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH).

I can offer several free hypnotherapy sessions to anyone suffering from anxiety or depression. Most customers show improvement after the first session but it's up to you how many would like. This is especially great when all sessions are free! I am only allowed to start charging once I am in my last two months of training.

I'm also passionate about helping actors and musicians who suffer from stage fright or performance anxiety - I've already had a lot of success in this field and, having worked in the theatre myself, understand first-hand how it feels.

Don't worry, the sessions are completely safe. Previous customers liken it to a very deep relaxation, the kind we don't afford ourselves in our hectic schedules.
