I liked the baby sense secret by Megan faure, there are routines you can follow

I ended up just following the feeding times and then hoped the napping would follow. Mine is an average sleeper and until quite recently would only nap in the pram. He goes down fine in the cot now thanks to gradual retreat and habits learned at nursery! Thanks nursery!

I found all the books had a pretty similar routine when al was said and done, so it's probably just a matter of finding a book with a tone that suits you!

In which case I don't see any point in rescanning (not that it'll do any harm). I've not noticed any signal degradation at all, TV or BBC radio, so it sounds as if it's probably intermittent. Ah - I did notice a couple of brief R4 breaks yesterday, and assumed they were studio glitches. I don't think either lasted more than a minute.

  Just wanted to recommend Core on Upland Road for great treatments. I had the best massage I've had for a long time there in a long time yesterday afternoon. Lovely people and environment.

  Unfortunately I spoke too soon. TW said they had finished. Then sent another communication shortly afterwards saying they hadn't. They are now saying they will get the water back to normal "as quickly as possible". Not their finest hour. Sorry for the misinformation.
