Lovely Loaf Extendable Dining table for sale. It has a beautiful weathered oak top and classic style, it can seat up to 8 people comfortably and can be extended to 150-250cm to accommodate more guests on those special occassions. The table is made of high-quality wood and is built to last for years. Same table advertised on Ebay for £850, bought for £1,495, obviously not expecting anywhere near that!

Photo shows gap where the extention leaves go in. If you are interested best to come and see it. It is used and has a few surface scratches as it is a used piece by us, and on the legs it has a worn look - but this part was how it was bought.

The colour is as pictured and the item height is 76cm, the item width is 90cm, and the item length is 150-250cm with the extended parts.

The table is used, has a few marks as seen, but is a lovely piece. Is in West Norwood Yellow Storage. I can send more photos if you are interested as have photos of the extension parts.

Please PM with offers.

Thanks.

    • A good plumber - Ade Okoosi. He came to do some plumbing for a new kitchen at a flat in Camberwell, sealed up a gas pipe and put in some taps and a thermostatic shower. On another occasion he rapidly removed a radiator. Would definitely use again.  Ade 07961981944
    • Interesting the projected demand.  One imagines that you don't undertake this kind of investment without the business case to back it up.  There's one going up near a friends office in the City that is for 782 students.  OK, these are much closer to HE establishments but there still has to be the demand. https://dominusrealestate.co.uk/projects/65crutchedfriars/
    • A govt. research briefing (25 March 2025)  indicates that while higher education student numbers reached record levels in the early 2020's, those numbers are dropping. The rise was largely international students in postgraduate courses who are now being put off by higher university fees and visa costs/issues, whereas the trend for entrants to other undergraduate courses has fallen. Applications for full time undergraduate places in 2024 were lower than the high of 2022. Schools are closing and it is projected there will be fewer 18 year olds going into higher education. Very short term there may or may not be demand for this level of student housing, but a development of this size and scale and impact on the locale must be future-proofed. Are we sure this has been done?
    • Hi everyone! I'm moving house this month so would be super grateful if anyone has some moving boxes that they're happy to part with. I could collect any day from Friday (11th April). Please reach out if you can help, thank you!
