Solo-k
Thank you kindly all!Petals, the new shop on Melbourne Grove, had a spring/summer launch on Saturday just gone, free champagne and chocolate. Very Springy. No reduction on prices, but after a couple of galsses of free booze and cocoa fix I was happy to buy whatever they were selling! Jah Lush
I was lucky enough to see the darling that is Keith Richards last summer in the south of France and I have to say he looked marvellous. That's a face that's lived a life, raddled certainly but bloody marvellous for it. Anyway, this spring I er shall mostly be wearing what I usually damned well wear, that being jeans, tee-shirt, Jesus sneakers, shades and a drink in one hand and a fag in the other. Cheers! :)-D Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/346-today-is-the-first-day-of-spring/page/2/#findComment-7534 Share on other sites

Jah Lush
Ah! A man of taste. Excellent. Why change a good look? I'm hardly a dandy but I know what I like. Ant
I only like ill-fitting and outrageously overpriced ones. If I ain't suffering it ain't fashion dahling. :)) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/346-today-is-the-first-day-of-spring/page/2/#findComment-7545 Share on other sites
Solo-k
Ah! A true man. Bravo! And may I say Jah Lush that Jesus Sandals are all the rage, but you must try them in yellow patent leather to make a true spring statement... ;-) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/346-today-is-the-first-day-of-spring/page/2/#findComment-7552 Share on other sites
bald marauder
Hmm, what do you think of the 'new' (I'm sure they tried it last spring too) Prada socks with sandals look? I'm not sure if that one can be carried off in ED... SimonM
>>Any one wearing crocs this spring?<<Wouldn't that be taking "snappy dressing" too far, or have I misunderstood? Solo-k
For sure Clare, only the flipflop stylee though. Got some on the cheap in lovely Lewisham last year and they never left my feet.... I really can't wait for summer!!! Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/346-today-is-the-first-day-of-spring/page/2/#findComment-7689 Share on other sites
dulwichmum
Dear Clare,The children will be wearing crocs, but I find a bit of a lift in the heel accentuates the shaps of the leg, so I shall be continuing to avoid Birkies and Uggs too. Ant
Surely Uggs are deader than dead in fashion terms. Please? Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/346-today-is-the-first-day-of-spring/page/2/#findComment-7721 Share on other sites
