Walnut Engineered Wood Flooring T+G 125mm plank 18/4 - £75

Extra flooring left over from a recent renovation project.  This is walnut engineered flooring in 125mm plank, varying lengths, 4mm wear layer and 18mm thick in total).  The flooring in tongue and groove.  Easy to lay, we used tongue tite screws to fasten these to the sub floor.

For sale we have:

• 2 sealed packs (2.4m2 total coverage) (similar to this: 125mm Walnut | Engineered Wood Flooring | Floor Store)
• 2 unsealed packs containing whole boards and some offcuts (~3-4m2 coverage)
• 1 nearly full roll of 3mm underlay covering approx 7m2 (similar to this: 3mm Underlay with dpm - Wood4Floors)

Buyer collects from near Goose Green (or I can deliver within a mile or so of East Dulwich).  Reasonable offers considered.  Each pack normally sells for £95 each.
