Recommendation required - communal area cleaner

Hi, this is for recommendations only and I am unlikely to respond to posts where it’s not a recommendation (apologies).

Our communal cleaner of 14 years has just resigned (due to retirement). They came twice a month, and hoovered and dusted the communal area. The building consists of five levels. They supplied their own hoover etc..

Can anyone recommend someone that they use for similar support?
