Need a short term let while you renovate? Available Q1 2025 - 3 bed family home

Is anyone looking for a short-term let (between 2 to 4 months) from January next year?

My home is a 3 bed terraced house in Peckham Rye. Recently renovated, with an open plan kitchen onto the garden, and double lounge. Main bedroom is spacious with a kingsized bed, back bedroom has a double bed and middle room is set up as a nursery (a single bed could be added for a young child if needed). Downstairs WC, upstairs has a bathroom with bath and separate walk in shower.

Would be perfect for a family who are local but need to move out due to renovations, for example.

  Pyracantha? Covered in white flowers and pollinators in the summer followed by berries for the birds. Can be a bit of a thug though so you have to keep on top of pruning it through the thorns!

  On the matter of gender, raised early in the thread There were a couple of male tailors in the area, first generation Carribbean, I think there was a time when many emigrated with these skills Go back 60 years and you may have had a suit made by a Jewish male tailer in the East End Not sure if it is common to have males in this field of work nowadays although I expect Saville Row is still male dominated.
