We've been here for over two years and have always had problems with parcels being delivered. Today I was told that my parcel had been sent back to the sender because the delivery person had written the wrong month on my card (which i'm sure will have been put through the door without ringing the bell). The same package had already been sent back because Royal Mail claimed my work address in Central London didn't exist?!

Anyway - the guy at Sylvester road (who by the way always seems very nice) did give me their direct line the other day. Not sure if they want it to be private but am happy to pass it on if you PM me and will post it if people think it's ok to put their number on here.
