Gibbs & Dandy - Closed ?

Went past Gibbs & Dandy Builders Merchants on Grove Vale last night and it looked closed and empty.  

Prime location for residential perhaps ?

ETA - Gibbs & Dandy is part of Jewsons so perhaps with the one on Railway Rise they've closed this one, even though the Jewsons site is the subject of a planning development.

It says on the gates that its a temporary thing and to use Jewsons - but not sure why and if they'll ever go back.

Looks like they are rebuilding and reconfiguring to make better use of the space
