Acrid smoky smell near CPR/Darrell Road

Has anyone else been woken up by an acrid smoky smell in the early hours around CPR/Darrell Road? Has happened a couple of times in the past month, most recently this morning.

Are your neighbours also smelling it?

If not, I had a similar issue years ago and found it was down to an emersion heater element failing and putting strain on the wiring, which had to be replaced.
