If you only need a small number their copying service may be the answer.

For the spindle, you need a copy from someone with a wood turning lathe. I should ring up local carpenters and ask. Two of ours were broken (by children playing on the stairs) and a carpenter replaced them

Thanks. I’m specifically looking for the yellow rectangular ones which seem more difficult to find.
