Hi! Is anyone aware of who owns 52 Lordship Lane (ex Gods Gift) and why so many bars/cafes have tried and failed to make a success at this location? Thanks!

Not 100% sure but I think, dulwich tandoori own it.all the previous businesses way over priced

I think the French guys who ran it as a wine bar/small club were doing fairly well but Covid pretty much ruined their business model.
