Spot light building

Does any1 know what happens in the spot light building half way up lordship lane near townley road but on the other side, just noticed it as I've gone passed it, tried looking it up on google but can find nothing out about it, and I'm just being nosey too, also just thinking I'm going to have a bored 14 year old over the next few weeks cos 6 weeks school holidays r coming up, and if this place does any thing to do with teenagers like a youth club I know my son would go.
