Fridge on the blink... help!

Our fridge has been misbehaving since this spell of glorious weather started last week. It's just not staying cold. We're currently saving up to revamp the kitchen so don't want to fork out for a new one just yet. Anyone electricians or fridge experts out there who might be able to help please?
