Selling this item as no longer have room.

Originally sourced from antiques fair in Lewes. Think possibly mahogany but painted over in pale blue/grey (exact paint colour unknown). x3 brass handles added to the drawers.

Paintwork still in good condition in general. Inside of drawers unpainted. Could be sanded back to original wood if preferred?

Table dimensions:
94cm wide
76cm high
54cm deep

Drawer dimensions:
43cm deep
7cm high (middle drawer)
15cm high (left and right drawers)

£50 ono. Suspect worth quite a bit more. Collection preferred – SE21.

  I think you are talking about the gangs of Bretons that would cycle selling onions and garlic. There is a wonderful museum to 'Johnny Onion's in Roscoff, well worth a visit and you can indulge yourself in Breton music whilst you are at it. Although I thought the French onion sellers died out in the 50s
