Walking and Talking in Dulwich Park

Hello People of East Dulwich, my name is Natalie and I am a local Counsellor.

 

Now that Spring is finally underway, I am offering Walking & Talking sessions again in Dulwich Park.

 

Counselling sessions don't always have to be in a room with two people facing each other - some people prefer to be in an open space among nature, getting their steps in, getting some well needed fresh air (that also does wonders for your mental health) and speaking about past experiences / trauma while being on the move can help to reprogram the way your body/brain responds to re-living the story you are telling (in a similar way to Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing).
