Restoration of driveway and front area

Looking for recommendations for a contractor who can upgrade and reinstate a hardstanding area that is used for parking cars. The work is necessary to restore the surface following deep  trench digging by one of the utilities. The area is 99sm and the work entails:-

Level the area
Backfill trenches
Compact infill
Top with 3" sand and N0. 1 aggregate
Compact overall
Cover with fresh pea shingle
