Hi,

I am an experienced English tutor (who can also help with history and RS/Philosophy). I have a First Class degree, a Masters degree and 3 A* for A Level (including 100% in both English and RS papers). I have a lot of experience with 11+ prep, as well as GCSE and A Level. I am particularly good at helping with essay writing skills, exam techniques and I also enjoy helping students with organisation and note taking for their upcoming exams. For younger students I love to help develop an enjoyment of reading.

I am currently taking bookings for the Easter holidays and I am offering discounted prices when multiple sessions are booked.

Thanks!

Helena

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
