I own a beautiful two-bedroom house on a very quiet road off Dunstans Road in East Dulwich. My tenants are moving out on 14th April so it will be available from around 20th April.

The space

Downstairs, there is an open-plan kitchen, living room, and dining room. There's also a small utility room and downstairs loo.

Upstairs are two good-sized bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and shower.

Outsized is a paved garden and a shed for storage.

Location

Balchier Road is a 15-minute walk from Lordship Lane and 5 minutes from Forest Hill Road, where regular buses go to Peckham Rye station, so it's super easy to get into the centre of town.

Terms

£2,300 pcm. The house is unfurnished. Ideally, I'm looking to rent the house for at least 6 months, but I am open to an offer. I'm happy for one small dog to live there. Non-smokers please.

Please get in touch if you're interested.

No agents please.

    • It’s good to see local councillors are taking this crash seriously, hopefully the police will also. The tyres marks left on the road suggest speed could have been a factor. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1FaPQjGu7x/?mibextid=wwXIfr

    • Well, if you ever find yourself visiting, let us know
    • Before I switched, if memory serves there was some sort of thing on Thames Water's website which you could use to determine whether or not you would be better off with a meter. No idea if it's still there. Also, I have a vague recollection that if you found you were worse off financially with the meter after a certain time period, you could switch back. Have I imagined that? Whatever, I don't actually recall hearing of anyone who thought they were worse off with a meter, though I'm sure there must be some.
