IKEA Karlstad Footstool in kivik dark grey.

In good used condition, so with a few marks from use.  Photos below - it's not that patchy, I've just given it a wipe.

New covers are still available and are machine washable - although I've not given that a try.

Ideally collection from Bromley/BR2, but on certain days could be from SE23, just by the Horniman.
