I am advertising this on behalf of a friend. Hopefully, the photographs are self-explanatory. I have put Dinky Toy Display Unit in the subject title as this is what it was used for, but I am sure it could be used for other items. The unit would have to be dismantled by the buyer.   Great service from Aria again. He came out very quickly and sorted a leaking pipe that was preventing us from getting our new dishwasher up and running. His fees are very reasonable and he is inventive in trying to avoid unnecessarily expensive solutions.

  Completely agree. It is not only good practice to inform clients in advance of a move/departure/closure but they presumably have not been sending regular case updates either. My advice would be to continue to complain to firm, SRA and Ombudsman.
