what happened last night outside ivydale school?

Anyone know what happened on corner of Bellwood and ivydale rd last night? Lots of shouting, police and they have taped off the road and police are still there this morning. Hope it doesn't ruin the school fair today!

They've also taped off Limesford Road where the Waverley Pub is. Police van appeared there a few hours ago and one said that there was an incident, no more information than that so perhaps something happened at the pub. They were doing an inch-by-inch search with sticks when I enquired so maybe looking for some kind of weapon.

I too hope it doesn't affect the fair, I was planning on going but if it's still cordoned off, we can probably go in via the Lanbury Road entrance.

Hi - the fair is definitely on! Access is through the main entrance but Bellwood Road is still closed so use lanbury road instead - please spread the word!

I heard one of the Waverley bar staff was stabbed, but I can't for the life of me find any news reports or other information. I know what people say about the Wave, but they're always great with us, and I'm really worried.
