It’s a good facility to report grot spots, broken tree branches, litter, fly tipping, dog dirt, etc. You can post anonymously if you prefer. It allows you to get graffiti removed from most places/buildings, even private property and cable/phone roadside cabinets.

The council are reasonably to quick to deal with stuff reported on here too. I've had a good response to reports of pot holes, fly tipping and abandoned rubbish bins.

The mobile app is London-wide. As a regular cycle commuter I use it to report issues I encounter and they're normally dealt with fairly quickly.
