Enough chat chat chat.....I'll ring the RSPCA about the dog. Don't give a fcuk about the people it belongs to. The dog hasn't chosen to be subjected to a life a grim terror. More action people and less talk about it on forum.

hmmmmm I spent 10 years as a support tenant to people with learning disabilities and we got heaps of abuse from neighbours. We had the (very posh) local primary school throwing stones at "the loonies" at one stage. Preciate there are some anti social folk around but heavy dose of tolerance is a good start.
