It was pointed out on some thread or other that the people of which you speak are of Cornish origin.

I merely mention this. I see them in passing when on the bus or on foot, so they don't trouble me.

They do seem to go out of their way to just be outside at all times though, don't they?

This post has disturbed me. If anyone has been seriously threatened by these people then it is a matter for the police. If it is just that this family is simply upsetting people perhaps you should just lift your chin and ignore them. Often people who behave in an antisocial way are doing so for the attention so don't give it to them by responding. Posting about people like this on the forum is unseemly!
