Ambulance and Police outside Tessa Jowell Centre

Does anyone know what happened outside Tessa Jowell Centre now?

There are a few police cars and an ambulance.

possibly somebody arrested for overstaying in the car-park?

@kbabes - I know it was just a flippant remark, but someone was in a very bad way and were being shielded by sheets either side, presumably to give them and the paramedics some privacy.

 

I hope they are going to be OK.

God forbid that someone didn't get an appointment until it was too late. Not that I want to speculate, but it's not outside the realms of possibility.
