Hi, we are called Testcard F and we are playing our first gig (for more than 30 years!) at the Amersham Arms in New Cross, directly opposite New Cross station. Only £8 for 5 bands in total. Our synthpop stuff is a bit like Depeche Mode crossed with Sparks with a dash of OMD.

  A starter-free method is to make normal dough, let it rise and then put some aside. Make the remainder into normal bread. Then takethe set-aside dough, add more flour and water but no more yeast, let it rise, set a bit aside and make bread with the remainder. Repeat. Your starter will slowly sour from wild yeasts in your kitchen. I did it this way.
