This half term, Wild Roots Forest School will be running a morning of Forest Fun open to all 5 to 10 year olds.

The session will take place on Tuesday 13th February, 10am-12.30 at Lettsom Gardens, SE5.

Children will have the opportunity to play outdoors, climb trees, balance on a slack line, make crafts, play games and generally have a whole lot of fun.

Cost are £22.50 per child with a sibling discount available.

  A starter-free method is to make normal dough, let it rise and then put some aside. Make the remainder into normal bread. Then takethe set-aside dough, add more flour and water but no more yeast, let it rise, set a bit aside and make bread with the remainder. Repeat. Your starter will slowly sour from wild yeasts in your kitchen. I did it this way.
