street light still not working

Anyone know how long the council takes to fix street lights? they dont seem to rush 😞 not impressed!!

My mum lives in camberwell. She and a few neighbours reported 2 streetlights not working on 23rd November. Was told they would be working by 6th Dec. They are still not working today. She comes under lambeth not Southwark.

last time I reported a street light out they repaired it within 24 hours

Each street lamp has a identifying number - sometimes quicker to tell council of number and location. Has worked in past.
