Violin Lessons

Recommended Posts

Hi Neighbours,

I'm a violinist in the area looking for new students to teach out of my home studio on Melbourne Grove. I have over 25 years of teaching experience and currently teach at JAGS on Saturdays. Whether you have little ones wanting to begin the violin or a child preparing for an exam I tailor each of my lessons to each student's abilities and goals. I offer 30/45/60 minute lessons with the first 30 minute lesson free of charge to see how we get on. I'm DBS certified and have two children of my own so am well versed working with little ones. Please get in touch if you'd like more information or would like to book a lesson.

    • The Oxfam shop refusal may be because they have very limited storage space at the back of their very small shop?
    • I agree. The staff are always lovely!
    • Hi, does anyone know anything about the generator that seems to run from 7am every day in the car park of Dominic Court off The Gardens? I live in a property that backs on to that car park and it’s incredibly noisy and fumey. It’s been there for a long time now and it looks like it’s powering a site office for construction workers. Does anyone have any information about how long it will be there for, and who is operating it? I worry about the quality of the air as it’s like having a truck running constantly. And it’s very annoying to have it rumbling all day.
    • Most charity shops will take rags for textile recycling. I’ve also donated to Christopher’s, Shelter on LL and Scope in Camberwell. The only one I’ve known to refuse is the Oxfam in Herne Hill.
