You're welcome to come for a free taster session with our very friendly community choir. No auditions, no requirement to read music - just enthusiasm for singing!

Rehearsals are from 7.30 to 8.30pm at St Saviours Church SE23 1JN https://www.stsaviourschurchbrockleyrise.org/visit_us

  Please can everyone keep an eye out for Sissy. She is a very nervous rescue and has been missing for over a week. If any sightings please get in touch. She was last seen in Grove Park but initially missing from Hither Green.

  A starter-free method is to make normal dough, let it rise and then put some aside. Make the remainder into normal bread. Then takethe set-aside dough, add more flour and water but no more yeast, let it rise, set a bit aside and make bread with the remainder. Repeat. Your starter will slowly sour from wild yeasts in your kitchen. I did it this way.
