I Need oak floors sealed.

Hi! Does anyone do this? They might need to be sanded first to make them nice again.

Take care with sanding oak - the dust is hazardous. Unlike ordinary softwood saw dust. I have been working with MDF for years and that has it's own problems but I try to avoid sanding oak especially large areas.
