Does anyone know of a gym round here that does Olympic weighlifting classes? 

I know of some in Catford, Lewisham way but not sure if there are any round here for beginners.

Crystal Palace fitness centre has weightlifting sessions. Whether it's Olympic depends on how good you are 😉

I’ve been going to Shirokuma in Camberwell that uses CrossFit methods and training classes using Olympic weightlifting: https://shirokumahf.co.uk/

Commando Temple in Deptford is an amazing strength/callisthenics/martial arts gym, not sure they do Oly lifting classes per se but the coaches can do PT and are well rounded in all that-
