Penetrating Damp

I am looking for a builder who can locate and treat a penetrating damp problem in my 2nd floor flat in Oakhurst Grove East dulwich . It is in one corner of the room . The outside wall next to the damp is a brick wall with pipework attached.

I also have the same issue and am struggling to find a contractor.
