Old towels to donate.....

I have a lot of old towels to donate to perhaps an animal shelter but don't drive so wondering if anyone knows a charity or someone who could collect them?

You could contact Celia Hammond Lewisham (Rescue and Homing Centre tel no: 020 8694 6545 Rescue centre email: [email protected]) - they might be able to collect when in your area or know of a local volunteer.

Could you please state, apart from towels, the items they need donated (bedding etc).

They will take towels, sheets, pillowcases, teatowels, blankets. Not duvets. Basically anything that can be used as bedding & that can be washed in a washing machine.
