3D printer help needed!

My son’s 3D creality printer isn’t working- he has had it for about a year and it did work to begin with. We put it away and got it back out again recently and it’s not working! If you could help at all happy to pay and all provide bottles of red wine or a tipple of your choice!

  B & Q stores do a cutting service Anything you buy from store - get five free cuts if you bring your own wood it’s about a pounds for a certain number of cuts ( check number in store or on website , I’m not sure of exact details)
