Who changed the title? Faeces is just a term nobody uses unless they are in the medical profession, and even then they probably say ,'stools'
For common parlance muck, dirt or poo is fine, you don't have to resort to the s or c words.
I see both the nurse practitioner and have phone consultations with the GP, usually the same one. It's OK, it no doubt could be better.
Maybe you are in a secret list, the TTFOs as they used to do before patient access to their notes.
