Forest Hill Road - Christmas lights

I am very disappointed with the mismatched display this year which is approximately half the number of usual lamp posts. It’s pretty naff and  embarrassing.

I'm still trying to figure out what the upside down blue triangle is with white lines coming out of the top? It's been there the last few years & I have no idea.

The display on Lordship Lane is equally disappointing. The lights look like they have very much had their day. For such a busy shopping street, you would think that a little more effort would be made...

I do find it surprising that there isn't a public Christmas Tree somewhere in ED. Not sure where you'd put it mind, but passing through a number of areas yesterday, it was notable that many other nearby areas do. I'm sure we used to have one on Goose Green at this time of year.

There has been one on Goose Green in the past, which I believe was provided by the nearby  primary school.
