Hello everyone,

I'd like to invite any female artists/creatives based in SE London to a free workshop I'm running this coming Thursday (14th December).

During this 1.5 hour workshop, we will be exploring the concept of "cocooning" and embodying natural cycles in creativity. Cocooning is the art of retreating from the world, getting still and quiet so you can reconnect with your creativity and allow the next chapter of your art/business/life to emerge. Cocooning (see also: Wintering. Hibernating) is an essential part of the creative process - and yet, our culture is not set up to support this at all!

Winter is a beautiful time to stop, reflect and reset for the coming warmer seasons. But this festive period can be so busy and overwhelming! I hope you'll join us for a cosy women's circle exploring how we can take a moment of stillness for ourselves, reflecting on the year and making space for new life. We'll be doing some mindfulness practices, some creative writing and discussion. It will be a beautiful opportunity to connect or re-connect with your creativity!

This workshop is for those who identify as women only. You don't have to be a professional or experienced artist - just interested in creativity.

I've attached a flyer with more info. please sign up using the link below. See you there!

It was unlocked again this morning though and I definitely locked it last night.   The car was outside my front door and the keys near the door inside so I assume this is a relay theft  issue with someone using a remote key reader. I would advise keeping keys away from the front door. I have reported to police.
