Builder recommendation - L&L Building and Maintenance

Thanks to all those who switched me on to L&L Building Maintenance with their recommendations. Lukasz and his team have done a fantastic job for us, carrying out a complete refurbishment of a basement, remodelling a bedroom, installing and tiling two bathrooms, plus external wall repair & garden patio tiling and drainage.

The work was completed exactly on time and to budget, with the house kept as clean and tidy as was possible. The quote was competitive and any required add-ons were always discussed and agreed well in advance. Workers turned up exactly on time every morning. Lukasz was very good at communicating progress and also taking on extra tasks as they were needed. He is a very calm, very professional person who was even happy to come back after the job was completed and fix a new bathroom light, just because he wanted the job to feel complete.

I have no qualms in highly recommending L&L.
