SUCH a lovely dolls house that we are reluctantly parting with as it’s just not getting the attention it deserves from our daughter anymore 😪!! So many lovely features. The brand “Le Toy Van” just does such gorgeous stuff. Super cute; an awesome Christmas gift for sure!

It was approx £150 new. Its in really pretty lovely condition; however only asking £30 for the house itself on account of the following to note (all pictured):

- some chipped away/worn away fraying to the bottom right edge of house.
- the rear (detachable) roof side annoyingly had some stickers on. The remains of this can be seen. Doesn’t especially spoil it depending on how the light hits it. As such, Had to be pretty thorough to show it up. Should of course be noted nonetheless. However it looks in the photos I share below, it actually isn’t that bad in the flesh. And……:

- you can in fact flip both the (detachable) front and back roof sides to their reverse sides. These are solid pink in really great condition apart from some fading on each end’s edges. Which makes Sort of adds to the look and feel of it overall actually. Would work for the rear one especially if fussed about the sticker marks mentioned above….although chances are like us you’d have it with the back against a wall anyway!

- it’s missing a window box hedge piece and the front door. Really not the end of the world in terms of the overall look of the front when closed up. Pop a little person in the doorway and it looks super cute.

- some fraying to the top edge/s of the roof pieces in one corner from Birds Eye view.

Have been honestly mega mega thorough taking pictures to show all that is worth noting as well as overall shots to appreciate. Hopefully it now lets me add them all…🤪!

Speaking of photos, you’ll see the family figures and furniture pictured. They are all so darling and in awesome condition. Happy to add all these too if you’d like them for an additional £15 for the lot. Otherwise will sell individually.

So a total of £45 with the house, figures and furniture.

measurements: 67cm tall, 60.5cm wide, 34cm deep.

You can collect from se22 just off the East Dulwich side of the rye. Or happy to deliver locally for £5 if you need.

will politely decline any offers in advance on this one, letting it go for so little and will just be happy to know it finds a lovely home and gets some love and play!

im on 07946473576 for ease to contact and arrange of you’d like it 👍 Alex

    • I think it was more amazement that anyone uses cheques on a large enough scale anymore for it to be an issue.    Are cheque books even issued to customers by banks anymore? That said government institutions seem to be one of the last bastions of this - the last cheque I think I received was a tax rebate in 2016 from HMRC.  It was very irritating.
    • I know you have had a couple of rather condescending replies, advising you to get to grips with technology and live in the modern world. I sympathise with you. I think some of us should try to be a bit more empathetic and acknowledge not everyone is a technophile. Try to see things from a perspective that is not just our own. Also, why give the banking sector carte blanche to remove any sort of human/public facing role. Is this really what we want?

    • Hi all, thank you so much to the lovely people of this forum who have donated. I still have a very long way to go and appreciate anything anyone is able to contribute ❤️   I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for local businesses/establishments that may be able to help? I was thinking maybe Dulwich College?  the link again is here https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/tmjhelp ❤️
