Car (?) fire near grove skatepark this afternoon

We got caught in a tailback just near the entrance to Dulwich woods about 3pm...And could just about see flames in the road on what appeared to be the lane going towards Forest Hill.

Just wondering what on earth was going on? We were lucky to be able to do a U turn and go another way but no sign/sound of sirens and the flames were pretty high from what we could see.
